Hellen Bangura, aka MizB, having started dancing from an early age taking ballet and jazz, soon discovered the hip hop/RnB craze and this was later to be a huge influence on her urban dance style. Having started Salsa in the early 2000â€™s it was clear that this was something that she would excel in and her perfectionist nature pushed her to learn from the best by attending salsa festivals all over Europe and in the USA. Her love for the dance and ability to pass on her knowledge to students in a clear and fun way have made Hellen one of the best teachers in Dublin and Ireland. As well as her ability in salsa, Hellen has a huge reputation for her Reggaeton dance style and once she gets on the floor, she literally burns it up.

Patrick Marinho, aka Trick, was introduced to salsa in early 2001 and learning from the top UK and International teachers he was soon invited to join the London All Star Latin Dancers under the guidance of Leon Rose and performed on stages across Europe at some of the biggest festivals including Switzerland, Sweden, France, Germany and the UK. More recently, a need to take his dance to the next level has led Patrick down the path of the more formal dance training such as ballet and jazz coupled with the ever increasingly popular Afro-latin funk.
